1. Return & Exchange Window

We want you to love your fit. If you aren't satisfied, we accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging with all tags (The OverseaZ branding) intact.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased during a "Flash Sale" or using a specific "Final Sale" discount code.

Gift cards.

Items damaged due to improper washing or handling.

4. The Process

Request: To initiate a return, please email us at [theoverseazstore@gmail.com] or DM us on Instagram @theoverseaz.in with your Order ID and reason for return.

Pickup: Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup from your address. (Alternatively: Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse )

Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Refunds

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
